By accessing or using nuttr ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. nuttr is operated by Yasin Kheradmand as an independent personal project.
nuttr is a private personal-tracking and reflection tool. It helps you log dating-related data (spend, dates, partners), score compatibility, and — for committed relationships — work through Gottman-inspired reflection prompts and educational content.
nuttr is not a therapist, a clinician, a relationship counsellor, or a substitute for any of those. The content is for self-reflection only and does not constitute medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use nuttr. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement and that all data you log relates to consenting adults.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Data you enter is private to your account and protected by row-level security on the backend.
You retain ownership of the content you create. By using the app you grant nuttr a limited licence to store, process, and display that content back to you so the product can function.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores, prompts, or insights will be accurate or suitable for your situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, nuttr and Yasin Kheradmand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or relationships, arising out of or related to your use of the app.
You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if continued operation becomes impractical.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
